Supporting UL Student Life for Freshers Week 2024 and RAG Week 2025 

In early September 2024, Big Boss Presents teamed up with UL Student Life to assist in the production of their highly anticipated Freshers Week, teaming up again in February 2025 for UL RAG Week. Acting in a consultancy capacity, we provided expert guidance and hands-on support to ensure the event ran smoothly over three action-packed nights, where three major acts took the stage.

Our role included:

  • Managing all aspects of production for the three nights, from stage setup to sound and lighting, creating an immersive and professional experience for attendees.

  • Production manager: Ensuring all acts were there on time and all relevant equipment / Riders were ready.

  • Acting as event control during each night, ensuring that all aspects of the event ran seamlessly while addressing any challenges that arose.

Thanks to our expertise, UL Student Life’s Freshers Week was a huge success, providing students with an unforgettable welcome back to university life.
