Absolutely. We own and supply premium event infrastructure, including our exclusive circus-style festival tent, staging, lighting, and full sound systems – saving you costs and coordination headaches.

Yes, we’ve successfully secured long-term sponsorships and media partnerships for our events. We can create sponsorship packages, handle pitches, and manage branding and activations onsite.

For larger events (1,000+ attendees), we recommend booking at least 4–6 months in advance. However, we can work to tighter timelines depending on the complexity and requirements.

FAQs – Attending Events
Event start and finish times vary depending on the day’s schedule. Please check our website / email marketing or social media for the most up-to-date running times closer to the event.
This is venue dependent, and where possible, we will try to provide limited on-site parking or shuttle bus options from the nearest local town or city. This information will be communicated to you prior to attending the event via email and through our social media. We encourage attendees to use any dedicated shuttle buses running to and from the nearest local town or city throughout the event to reduce traffic and improve your arrival experience.
Absolutely! Our events are family-friendly unless otherwise stated. Our Family Fun Day options includes entertainment for all ages – from kids’ zones to live shows and interactive activities. Children under a certain age may enter free (T&Cs apply). Some events may be over 18s only, but this will be indicated to you when purchasing your ticket.
You’re welcome to bring small bags (A4 size or less), refillable water bottles, and personal items. However, for safety reasons, the following are not permitted: Alcohol Glass containers, weapons or sharp objects, professional cameras (unless accredited) pets (except assistance animals) Full bag checks will also be in place at entry points. Yes – we have a wide variety of food trucks, bars, and beverage vendors on-site, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will be available.
Yes. Accessibility is a top priority for us. There will be accessible parking, toilets, and viewing areas where possible. Please contact us ahead of time if you need specific assistance.
Tickets are limited and may sell out in advance. If available, gate prices will be higher than online tickets. We strongly recommend buying early through our official ticketing partners to guarantee entry.
Re-entry policies vary by event. Most day events allow one re-entry with a valid wristband. Multi-day events may issue new wristbands each day. Please check event-specific policies on your ticket or the event website.
Our events go ahead rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather. Some events take place under cover (like our unique circus-style festival tent), but outdoor areas may be exposed.
Our friendly Big Boss Presents staff and security teams will be visible throughout the site. For non-urgent info, head to the Information Point near the entrance. In case of emergency, alert the nearest staff member immediately.
