Artist Booking & Coordination: Curated a line-up of regional performers to deliver high-energy, crowd-friendly sets that entertained guests between and after races.

Atmosphere Creation: Brought in staging, lighting, and décor elements to transform the marquee into a warm and exciting focal point of the festival experience.
